1. Your desired country for shipping could not be found
When you are trying to find a country to send their package and the country does not appear on the drop down, try changing the things below.
A. Change the settings on your Shopify markets
If the country is not selected in the market settings for Shopify, you will not be able to send a product to that country.
Please check the link below and change the market settings.
B. Check the Shopify settings for “Shipping and Delivery”
Even if the country is registered in the market settings, if the country is not included in the “Rest of the World” in the Shopify settings for shipping and delivery, you will not be able to select the country.

C. Shopify does not support shipping to that country
In Shopify, there is a chance that some countries are restricted.
If you are not able to find your desired country in the market settings, please contact Shopify Help Center and get in touch.
2. Unable to select shipping method
If you are not able to choose a shipping method for some reason, the message, “This order can’t be shipped to the address you entered. Review your address to ensure that all fields have been entered correctly and try again.” will be displayed at checkout. Please check the settings below to see if there are any errors.

Check the shipping method settings on easyRates and make sure that the shipping method is activated.

B. Check the “Shipping and Delivery” on Shopify settings
Go to the Shopify “Shipping and Delivery” settings and check to see if easyRates is activated in your desired country.

C. Check Country Restrictions
If the country you want is restricted, the shipping method will not be displayed so, please be careful.

D. Check the product size and weight
If the product has an unsupported weight or size, there may be errors with the shipping methods. (The product size is an early access feature so only a few merchants are able to use it.)
Check the product page on your Shopify and check if the settings are correct.
Adding on, if the product weight is over 2kg, some of the shipping methods will not be available.
If the product is over 2kg, check if the shipping methods that support items over 2kg are activated.
