When the shipping methods do not show up in the checkout page even after finishing the initial settings, please check all the following forms for errors.

1. Weight setting for the Shopify product
Check if the weight for the product is set properly, and that it suits the requirements from Japan Post.
Check the weight restrictions for each shipping methods from the links down below.
2. Country restrictions by Japan Post
Certain shipping methods to specific countries might be prohibited/limited by Japan Post.
Make sure your shipping is supported.

3. Shipping methods and Restricted countries in easyRates
Make sure all the shipping methods required are activated in the easyRates admin page.
You can also restrict shipping to certain countries in the "Restricted countries" list so make sure the country you are trying to ship is not included in the list.
4. Shopify settings
Make sure all the countries you want to have your sales open to are included in one of your active Shopify Markets.
Please also make sure shipping methods provided by easyRates is set properly in the Shipping and delivery settings.

5. Addresses
Make sure the address is entered properly.
easyRates only supports oversea shipping from Japan so make sure your store's location is set to some place in Japan, and the destination of the shipping is set overseas.
6. Customer Addresses
Please make sure that the address filled in the checkout form is correct.
If the address is incorrect, the shipping rates may not be displayed.
7. Location settings / Product inventories
If a product's inventory location is not set to Japan, shipping rates will not be displayed.
Click on "Edit Locations" within the product and add an address in Japan.
Shipping Rates will still not show up after doing all of the above
Please try creating a duplicate for your product.
There have been cases where creating a duplicate product has fixed the problem.
This problem occurs when Shopify has a technical problem and the product weight is not detected within Shopify.

If the shipping method is shown but has incorrect shipping fee, please make sure to check the shipping method settings and look out for any mistakes in the settings, both in Shopify and easyRates.
