Ensure your store location is set in Shopify settings, and that it has an address in Japan.
2. Have you installed the application with a selected plan?
After installing the app from the Shopify app store, have you selected a plan that meets your desires?
easyLabel cannot generate labels without a selected plan.
3. Are the settings for your Shopify products configured?
- Enter product names in English
- Set product weights accurately
- Verify all necessary product information is complete on Shopify
Incomplete information may prevent easyLabel from generating labels.
4. Are the settings configured in easyLabel?
Review and adjust settings within the easyLabel application.

Before using the app for live orders, test its functionality using Shopify test orders. Labels can be generated for test orders too.
