Please read the disclaimers on the page and click "confirm" after checking each box. 

After confirming the disclaimer and accepting the subscription, the banners for required settings will be displayed in the main menu. 
This will not be displayed if your settings are complete.

Please configure your Shopify settings to match the conditions required on the banners to start using easyRates correctly.
