How to use the Checkout testing feature
In the easyRates menu (left side), there is now a section called "Checkout Test". Click that to find the checkout testing feature.
In order to start a new test for shipping rate calculation, please select the country of the shipment and the product you would like to include. Users can add multiple quantities of the same product, or even add multiple different products.
If there are any problems with the shipping settings / market settings on Shopify, an error will be displayed when clicking "Test Checkout".
If settings are configured correctly, users should be able to see the Checkout results from the selected country and products.
The Checkout Results will display the calculated shipping rates for the available shipping methods.
The rates displayed will take affect of the current settings in easyRates, meaning users will be able to check their custom settings or disabled / restricted settings.
In the "Details" section, users are able to find the total weight including the Packaging weight rules, with information about exchange rates, if the store has the default currency set to anything other than JPY.
With this feature, users can check if they have completed setup correctly, or the settings they have customized.
