Fulfillment
Once an Item has been fulfilled, label cancellation is no longer possible.
Typically, items are fulfilled through the orders page on Shopify. However, with easyLabel, item fulfillment can be managed directly within the application.
After creating a label, use easyLabel to fulfill items by clicking "Fulfill items".
By clicking on "Cancel Label", you can recreate the label.
Notifications
Customers can receive notifications once items are fulfilled.
Please make sure the check box for "Submit tracking information" is selected .
Note that in Japan Post, not all shipping methods support tracking and for those that do not, the checkbox will remain blank.
An example of what will be sent can be seen below:
Review the notification that will be sent to the customers. The message can be changed by editing the liquid template in the Shopify notification settings.
The tracking numbers are only displayed for supported shipping methods like EMS, international post parcel, and printed matter. Not all shipping methods offer tracking, so use notifications cautiously.
