Label Details
To review label details, navigate to the specific order within the dashboard and click on it.
All orders are displayed here and can be opened for more details.
You will need to open the label details to manually create, recreate or cancel labels.
Creating Labels - Products, Address and Package
Once the label details are opened, you'll see a display similar to the image below, unless the label has already been created.
1. Order Information
This section provides information about the order itself including the fulfillment status, location, ordered products, and shipping charge.
From the product list, you can select which product to include in the label you are about to create, by editing the checkbox on the left side.
For example, with the settings in the image above, the "Shipping Charge" will not be included in the label. You can choose from the Label and Invoice options, whether or not to activate the checkbox for Shipping Charge by default.
2. View Order
Clicking here will direct you to the order page within Shopify, allowing you to view detailed order information.
3. Address
This section displays the customer's shipping address, most likely the destination of the package.
4. Package
In this section, please choose the appropriate package for delivery, considering its weight for shipping calculation.

Creating Labels - Weight, Currency and Shipping methods
Enter the details of the label and customize as needed.
1. Weight
This section will display the total weight of the products and the package.
The total weight of the order is crucial for Japan Post shipping rate calculation, so ensure the correct information is provided.
2. Currency
Select the currency you would like to be displayed on the label.
Once the currency is changed, the amount of money will be recalculated automatically and displayed on the label.
3. Shipping Method
Select the Japan Post international shipping method.
The appearance of the label will vary depending on the shipping method. Please select the correct shipping method.
4. Product type and additional features
Select the product type for the order.
The selected type will be displayed within the label.
There are also additional options to hide the HS code or add insurance indicators for certain shipping methods. Make sure the checkbox for the option is selected to display on the label.

Re-creating and Cancelling labels
Labels can be re-created only before fulfillment.
Please follow the steps below for re-creation.
If a label that has already been created is clicked from the dashboard, it should look something like the image below.
Click "View Label" to access further options.
If you need to re-create a label, click "Cancel" and you are able to re-configure any of the settings customized in the settings.
For orders that have been fulfilled, the "View label" button will not appear, so please be careful.
