easyLabel has customizable label settings and the details are instructed below.
Currency selection
Selecting a currency setting will get reflected on the label's display.
Example:
Upon currency selection, the label will apply the calculated rate to the designated section.
As of November 2024, we have added 80+ currencies for labels.
Note that the total value will always be in Japanese Yen due to restrictions from Japan Post.
Shipping Method
Shipping fees and label designs will differ between shipping methods.
Make sure you have selected the correct shipping method for accurate label creation.
Product type
Freely customize the product type on the label, and make sure the information is accurate.
Insurance
Adding insurance is possible by selecting the checkbox.
Once the checkbox is selected, the shipping methods will be filtered to show shipping methods with insurance options.
Right now, when the insurance checkbox is checked, the shipping method;"Small Packet - Registered Airmail" will be selectable. However this shipping method is not available for Japan Post insurance and the creation of a label is not possible.
*Currently, "Small Packet - Registered Airmail" is not included in the Insurance section. However, the shipping method adds insurance to the package by default.
Check the insurance and select a shipping method and the label should look like the image below:

Hide HS code
When the hide HS code option is checked, the label will leave the HS code blank.
