In the easyLabel dashboard menu, there are simple tracking statuses that display the current situation of the package.
We will explain all the tracking statuses.
Untrackable label - This means that the shipping method used for the order is not trackable and will not be tracked even after the package has been shipped.
Awaiting Fulfillment - This means that the order in Shopify has not been fulfilled yet, meaning the package has not really left your hands.
Awaiting pickup - This means that the order has been fulfilled, but it is pending to be picked up by Japan Post.
In Customs - This means that the package has reached the customs of your shipping country and will be checked.
Returned - This means that the package was not able to make it through customs for some reason and is being sent back or was sent back to your store.
In Transit - This means that the package is being carried to the final destination.
Delivered - This means that the package for the order has been successfully delivered to the destination.
