- Tuesday 10:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m.
- Wednesday 10:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m.
- Thursday 10:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m.
- Friday 10:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.
If your inquiries are near the end of the available times, we may not be able to answer your question on the same day.
How to connect to chat support
Users are able to connect to our chat support through our chatbot which is located within this help page at the bottom left corner, or our easyRates app.
You can go through the language selection and click "contact us" after the language, however the faster option would be to simply type in "Chat" and send it to the chatbot.
After the above is done within the available time, we will send a message to you.
Responses may take from 10 minutes up to 1 hour but we are trying our best to respond as soon as possible to ensure users don't have to wait.
Once your problems / questions are addressed, we will close the chat. Once the chat has been closed, the chatbot will go back to its original state, with automatic responsive messages.
In order to access chat support again, please go through the same process listed above.
